Term 3 ECAs

Dear Parents,

The Term 3 ECAs are confirmed and you are invited to sign your child up at the front office beginning on Friday 11th March until Friday 1st April. Please note that even if your child attended an ECA in Term 2, you will need to reconfirm their attendance for Term 3 as details are not carried over. All amendments, including signing up to new ECAs, changing ECAs or cancelling ECAs, must be complete by Friday 1st April in readiness for the beginning of the new term.

Please note the following important information:

• ECA sign up will run from Friday 11th March 2016 through to Friday 1st April 2016. This gives the students plenty of time to choose their ECAs.
• After 1st April 2016, no changes can be made to the Term 3 ECAs.
• Some ECAs have a maximum number of students who can sign up. Sign-ups will be taken on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis. If there is a specific ECA you would like your child to join, please sign up quickly to avoid disappointment.
• ECAs do require a minimum number of students signed up to run. This is usually 5 students for teacher led ECAs and 7 for outsourced ECAs. In case of an ECA being cancelled, we will try our best to offer an alternative.
• You do not have to pay for ECAs upon signing up. Payment will be made via invoice.
• Outsourced ECAs will require a 20% non-refundable deposit. Please be sure to only sign up to those that you intend on your child attending.
• EAL/maths support ECAs are invitation only. If your child is invited, you will be made aware via a letter from the EAL/maths support teachers.
