Dear Primary Parents
Ascot International School believes that strong links between home and school are crucial for a student’s academic progress. It is with this in mind that we will be having six parent presentations and workshops during this school year.
On Monday May 16th we would like to invite our Year 3 and Year 4 parents to our class Open Day. This Open Day will run from 8:00 - 10:30 and will provide you with an opportunity to be observe and be part of what happens in your child's class. There will also be an opportunity at the end of the classes for you to ask questions in regards to what you have observed.
We strongly encourage parents to attend this event as it helps develop strong links between home and school. Research has shown that strong home/school links has a positive impact on a child’s academic development. It is also an opportunity for you to view the world through the eyes of your child for a morning.
If you will be attending this event please let your child’s teacher know by writing a note in the contact book. We look forward to seeing you on Monday May 16th.
